The City of Côte Saint-Luc is holding a second public consultation regarding the renovations of Edward J. Kirwan Park on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 7pm to 9pm, at the Aquatic and Community Centre, 5794 Parkhaven Ave.  All residents are invited to participate, however they should confirm their presence by sending an email to by December 12.

During this follow up consultation, residents will be get a sneak peak of what the park may look like and be able to provide feedback on the initial design of the chalet as well as evaluate the various design aspects of several areas of the park, including: the central area and entrances, the park area closer to Mackle as well as the peripheral portions and pathways to be renovated. As well, a staff person from the firm designing the park will be present to answer questions.

The city council designated Kirwan Park as the next major park to renovate. And, a first public consultation, held in December 2017, confirmed that the focus of the renovations should be in the central area of the park, between the baseball diamonds and the playground. However, the renovation will impact all areas of the park and input from residents is vital in order to help guide and perfect the final vision for the project.
