Heat wave: Gymnasium to serve as a cooling station from July 8 to July 12

The gymnasium (5794 Parkhaven Avenue) will be open and serve as a cooling station from 10 am to 8 pm between Wednesday, July 8 and Sunday, July 12, when the heatwave is expected to break. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic the gym capacity is 50 people at a time and to accommodate as many as possible time spent in the gym will be limited to an hour at a time.
