A public consultation meeting regarding draft By-law 2596 will take place on Monday, June 20, 2022, at 7pm at 5801 Cavendish Blvd. A maximum of 50 people will be allowed into the room on a first-come first-served basis. If one is not admitted into the council chamber, but wishes to ask a question, one will be allowed to enter the council chamber to ask a question. Masks are required inside the room and will be available for anyone who needs one.
The public can also view and participate in the public consultation meeting using the Zoom video conferencing app. To join the Zoom webinar, one must register in advance to get the unique web link needed to access the Zoom webinar. Those participating via Zoom will be able ask questions by typing in the Q&A area, or by raising one’s virtual hand in Zoom and speaking one’s question when it’s her or his turn.
