Send your questions to the SPVM regarding the proposed merger of stations 9 and 11

The Montreal police department (SPVM) will broadcast  a virtual information session on May 5 at 6:30pm on merger of police stations 9 and 11. The City of Côte Saint-Luc encourages residents to submit questions by e-mail to [email protected] before 6:30pm on Monday, May 4. Questions will be answered during the information session. The link to the broadcast will be posted at www.spvm.qc.ca before the event. Côte Saint-Luc will also share the link on our website and social media.

In February, we learned of plans by the Montreal police department (SPVM) to merge Station 11 in NDG with Station 9 in Côte Saint-Luc. Côte Saint-Luc doesn’t want PDQ 9 and 11 to merge, as we need the SPVM to ensure the level of service is being maintained. The SPVM has explained that moving the officers and staff from PDQ 11 in Notre-Dame-de-Grace to PDQ 9 in Côte Saint-Luc won’t affect how officers patrol, nor the response time.
