The future Blue Bonnets development: pushing for better transportation and mobility options for our area

The Office de consultation publique de Montréal is holding public hearings on the future development at the old Blue Bonnets site. The 75-hectare site is expceted to accommodate some 6,000 residents. This new development will have a major impact on neighbouring areas, including Côte Saint-Luc. Our city officials will be speaking at the consultation to push for more and better transportation and mobility options.

We encourage Côte Saint-Luc residents to also ask for more and better transportation and mobility options for our area. You can participate in the consultations in person on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at 7pm at Hôtel Ruby Foo’s (7655 Décarie) or by submitting comments starting in January 2020. If you cannot attend the event in person, you can watch the live video stream.

The Office de consultation publique de Montréal is an independent organization whose mission is to carry out public consultation mandates entrusted to it by the Ville de Montréal city council or executive committee. The mandates primarily involve urban and land-use planning projects under municipal jurisdiction, but may include any project submitted by the executive committee or city council.
