The Parks and Recreation Department is offering a summer-long program of free fitness and running activities. 

Fitness in the Parks 

Three times a week, in three different parks, three different outdoor fitness programs are offered. Starting on June 29, residents can participate in:

  • Zumba with Elena at Trudeau Park on Mondays from 5 pm to 6 pm
  • Yoga with Eva at Singerman Park on Fridays from 11 am to 12 pm
  • Kickboxing with Candie at Rembrandt Park on Sundays from 10 am to 11 am.

These programs run from June 29 to August 31, 2020, and are for residents of all ages.

Social distancing and safety measures will be enforced. On rainy days, classes will be offered via Zoom

CSL RunsHave fun with these six virtual 1 km or 5 km runs that take you through the streets of Côte Saint-Luc. Send your times and pictures of each run to Those who complete the six runs will receive CSL swag.

Theme: Zombie Run. Dress up as a zombie or run like you are running away from one! 

July 19, 2020

Theme: Dog Run. Take your dog out for a run. Don’t have a dog? That’s ok, run and pretend you’re running after one!

August 2, 2020 

Theme: Wacky Fun Run. Dress up the whole family in wacky clothes and them out for a 2 km run (or stroll) in the streets of CSL. 

August 16, 2020 

Theme: 10 km Fun Run. For the more seasoned runner, run a 10 km in CSL. If you can’t run a 10km run two 5 km, or five 2 km, just keep running. 

August 23, 2020

Theme: CSL Spirit Run! Dress up in your CSL gear and/or CSL colors.
