Are you a Côte Saint-Luc resident with expertise in urban planning, architecture, engineering, or land development? Would you like to contribute to the enhancement of the City’s built environment?
The City of Côte Saint-Luc is looking for residents to be included in a bank of candidates for its Planning Advisory Committee (PAC).
This committee studies various types of applications such as minor exemptions, specific construction alteration or occupancy proposals, conditional use and site planning and architectural integration programs (SPAIP) relating to new constructions, building modifications or signage.
The PAC committee is made up of seven members designated by Council resolution, including three members of City Council and four residents. Three substitute members may also be appointed, including a member of the municipal council and two residents. The committee sits in closed meetings once a month in the early evening, normally on Tuesdays between 5pm and 7pm.
Interested candidates are invited to submit a letter of interest, CV, and any other relevant documents such as a portfolio, in which they will present their skills, expertise or training in architecture, construction, urban planning or other related disciplines.
