BaliBurger MK is the Côte Saint-Luc Business of the Month for June 2026. Serving smash burgers every day but Friday.
Melissa and Paul Cohen, along with David Bouzaglou, are partners in the operation located in the strip mall on Caldwell Avenue. Melissa’s two sons, Yaacov and Eliav, are on board as well.
Melissa owns Traiteur Balitov, which is based at Congregation Beth Rambam on Westminster Avenue. It was there that she started to make the smash burgers, offering a pop-up shop each Thursday. This became so popular that she began looking for a location that could offer grab and go and delivery options. BaliBurger MK opened in February 2026 on Caldwell.
Besides their trademark smash burgers, there is also the smash katan sliders, chicken nuggets, chicken burgers, crispy fries, gourmet hot dogs (bali dogs), churros, French toast fries with whipped cream and bold sauces.
Councillors Mike Cohen and Lior Azerad recently visited the restaurant to present the award and formally welcome the city’s first ever kosher smash burger spot.
Hours of operation are 5 pm to midnight Monday to Thursday, 10:15 pm to 3:01 am Saturdays and 4 pm to midnight Sundays. They are located at 5761 Caldwell. The phone number is 438-518-5026.
