The Côte Saint-Luc Local Commerce Committee is proud to shine the spotlight on local merchants. The brand new kosher deli, Fin Gourmet sur l’Avenue, is the selection for September 2024. Fin Gourmet sur l’Avenue held its grand opening on September 5, they are located at 6730 The Avenue, (District 2), facing the Scotiabank at Quartier Cavendish.
The husband-and-wife team of Edmond and Veronique Abecassis are the owners. Their son Brandon, a general contractor for Jackson Construction, built the interior. Bhavik Patel and Chelsea Delena are the chefs.
The store has a wide variety of prepared foods, packaged grab and go meals, cold cuts, frozen packaged food, baked goods, spices and nuts, fresh challahs, lamb, chicken, minced meat and more.
