The Côte Saint-Luc Local Commerce Committee is pleased to shine the spotlight on Team Singerman & Krausz of Progressive Realties as the Business of the Month for November 2025.
December will mark the 10th anniversary of Progressive Realties, based in the community and now operating a kiosk at the Côte Saint-Luc Shopping Centre. Leslie Singerman has been a broker for 15 years; team member Sabrina Krausz has been in the business for 23 years.
“We represent sellers, buyers, and investors, and specialize in residential, condo, and revenue properties,” said Singerman.
Added Krausz: “We also handle successions when the children are out of Montreal. We coach clients on what paperwork is needed and help arrange the clearing out of the home or condo.”
