Canada Post Strike — Voter Registration Notices and Reminder Cards

This post is archived and may contain outdated information.

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, the Office of the Chief Returning Officer is taking all necessary steps to ensure that every voter receives their voter registration notice and reminder card.

Starting October 10, 2025, notices will be delivered door-to-door across the City.

Each notice includes:

  • The names of voters registered at that address;
  • The location, dates, and hours of the Board of Revisors;
  • Where to vote — including voting at the Returning Officer’s office, advance voting, and on election day.

If you need to register, update your information, or request a removal from the voters list, you must appear in person before the Board of Revisors.

The Board of Revisors will be held at Côte Saint-Luc City Hall, Council Chamber (2nd floor), 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, Côte Saint-Luc, QC H4W 3C3, on the following dates:

  • Thursday, October 16, 2025: 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Friday, October 17, 2025: 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Monday, October 20, 2025: 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.

You can check your registration:

  • Or by calling 514-485-5464
