Côte Saint-Luc, April 25, 2025 – The City of Côte Saint-Luc has launched its 2025 sidewalk rehabilitation program that will see more 3,000 square metres of sidewalk upgraded or repaired throughout the community as part of its 2025 infrastructure investments.
The current phase beginning on Friday, April 25, includes 1,000 square metres of sidewalk rehabilitation work at 45 different locations. It includes parts of sidewalks on many stretches, including parts of Alpine Avenue, Cavendish Boulevard, Mackle Road, Baily Road, and others. This project will last approximately two weeks. It will be followed by minor repairs to affected lawns and driveways. The work will involve concrete removal and replacement, improvements to curb ramps, and in some locations, correcting sidewalk slopes or drainage issues.
Later this summer, another batch of sidewalk repairs is scheduled. In addition, entire blocks of sidewalk are being replaced throughout the city, as part of a larger road resurfacing and service line pipe replacement project. This will include sections of Wolseley Avenue, Wavell Road, and Borden Avenue.
