WATER PRESSURE (Monday 10:45pm update): Crews have increased water pressure. It is now at the levels that were expected during the planned work. What this means is that those in the higher floors of high-rise apartments may still have low pressure. However, those on lower floors, and those in single-family homes/duplexes/townhouses should have very little impact to their water pressure.
