The City of Côte Saint‑Luc is holding a public information session on its revised Master Plan and zoning bylaw amendments.

Location: City Hall, 5801 Cavendish Blvd., and live on Zoom
City staff will present an overview of the Master Plan, the related Zoning By‑Law, and the completed traffic studies. An independent traffic consultant will be present to explain the results of the studies and answer questions. Staff will explain what has changed between the draft adopted on November 20, 2024, and the final version, and they will outline the timeline and legal process leading to adoption.
This Master Plan project has included several years of public consultation and technical work. Here is a summary of the key dates.
- May 19, 2022: Public announcement launching the process
- June to October 2022: Public information sessions, online survey, open house, public hearings, and thematic workshops
- December 2022: Publication of the pre-consultation report
- February and March 2023: Focus groups and stakeholder meetings
- May 2023: Awarding of a professional services contract to revise the Master Plan and Urban Planning by‑laws
- November 20, 2024: Draft Master Plan adopted by City Council and released for public review
- January 2025: Public consultation meeting on the draft Master Plan
Residents are encouraged to register through the City’s Engage website. Walk‑ins will also be accepted. The session will be video recorded and published to YouTube.
