The City of Côte Saint-Luc (“City”) provides a one-time subsidy based on the following formula:
- 50% of the invoice(s) for a maximum subsidy of $50.00 per address per year.
If you have several purchases planned during the year, plan them in advance so that you can combine your invoices to complete your annual application.
The grant application must meet the following conditions:
- The grant can only be applied to reusable diapers and sustainable menstrual products that have been purchased between January 1, 2025 and December 1,2025;
- Applications must be received no later than December 1, 2025.
Eligible products :
- Menstrual cups
- Washable menstrual panties
- Washable sanitary towels
- Washable inserts
- Menstrual swimwear and absorbent, waterproof inserts for menstrual swimwear
Please complete the online application form below. You must attach:
- Copy of the purchase or rental bill with items clearly identified and highlighted
- Copy of a proof of residence in the City: e.g., driver’s license (copy on both sides of the card), public utility bill
- Cheque specimen or banking information for the direct deposit refund
