PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Assistant City Clerk, that the Côte Saint-Luc City Council adopted, at its Regular Council Meeting held on October 21, 2024, by-law number 2629 entitled:
“By-law no 2629 to regulate parking and public safety.”
The object of the by-law is to adopt regulations related to parking to ensure public safety and the proper maintenance of its roads, sidewalks, parking lots and other public spaces. The present by-law no. 2629 repeals and replaces By-law no. 2398 and its seven (7) amendments 2398-1, 2398-2, 2398-3, 2398-4, 2398-5, 2398-6 and 2398-7.
By-law no 2629 may be consulted and obtained, free of charge, at the municipal archives located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard between Monday and Friday, during regular office hours, said hours being 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by consulting the City’s website at the following link: CoteSaintLuc.org or by submitting a request to: [email protected]
Said by-law comes into force according to law.
