PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Assistant City Clerk, that the Côte Saint-Luc City Council adopted, at its Regular Council Meeting held on October 21, 2024, by-law number 2630 entitled:
“By-law concerning Specific Construction, Alteration, or Occupancy Proposals for an Immovable (SCAOPI).”
The object of the by-law is to allow a person to submit an application for a Specific Construction, Alteration, or Occupancy Proposal for an Immovable (SCAOPI) that deviates from certain provisions of the planning by-laws.
