PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Assistant City Clerk, to the residents of the City of Côte Saint-Luc and to whom it may concern:
THAT as required by the provisions of the By-Law on Conditional Uses, the City of Côte Saint-Luc (Council) has received a request for an authorization of conditional use for the property located at 6880 Heywood, lot number 1 561 871.
THAT the request is to authorize an institutional use (place of worship) to operate in the existing Single-Family Dwelling.
THAT a meeting will be held by the City Council to consider the request for authorization of conditional use in view of rendering a decision on July 14, 2025, at 8:00 p.m.
THAT conditions may be added to the authorization of this use, in accordance with Article 2.2.2 of By-Law 2616 on Conditional Uses.
THAT during this meeting, any interested person may be heard by the Council regarding this request for authorization of Conditional Use.
