SECOND DRAFT RESOLUTION FOR A SPECIFIC CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, OR OCCUPANCY PROPOSAL FOR AN IMMOVABLE (SCAOPI/PPCMOI) – AUTHORIZATION FOR A RETAIL USE, SPECIFICALLY: CHILDCARE SERVICES IN A NURSERY, DAY-CARE FACILITY OR A KINDERGARTEN. LOT 1 052 573
Following the public notice published on March 4, 2026, informing interested persons having the right to sign a request to participate in a referendum, it was noted that an omission occurred in the list of contiguous zones, namely the exclusion of contiguous zone RU-20.
Consequently, a new public notice will be published to include this zone and to allow eligible voters residing there to exercise their right to sign a request to participate in a referendum.
Signatures already collected for the previously identified zones, including the concerned zone RU-42, remain valid, and no new signatures are required from those who have already signed.
Upon expiry of the prescribed period for receiving requests, a public notice will be published to announce the holding of a register for the zones that have been the subject of a valid request.
