PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Assistant City Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on November 11, 2024, at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the Côte Saint-Luc City Council will adjudicate upon the requests for minor exemptions, said requests being more fully described hereunder:
- 5771 Jubilee, Lot 5 476 640, Zone RU-69
The request is to allow the construction of a solarium at the rear of the main building with a maximum area of 16.2m² (175 sq.ft) instead of the maximum permitted area of 11.61m² (125 sq.ft).
The whole notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law no. 2217, article 4-4-5 g).
- 5740 Cavendish, Lot 1 561 212, Zone RM*-28
The request is in order to allow for an existing 20 storey multifamily dwelling to have 241 interior parking spaces instead of the minimum required amount of 305 interior parking spaces (due to the proposed modifications to the ground floor and the 20th floor).
The whole notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law no. 2217, article 7-2-5.
Any person interested in the present requests may address the Côte Saint-Luc City Council at the above-mentioned Regular Meeting.
