PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Assistant City Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on November 24, 2025, at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the Côte Saint-Luc City Council will adjudicate upon the request for minor exemption, said request being more fully described hereunder:
- 5755-5757 Cavendish, Lot 1 561 095, Zone CD-9
The request is to allow the installation of synthetic grass (for a daycare playground) in the lateral yard instead of only in the rear yard, and to be located at a minimum distance of 0 m from the lateral land line instead of the minimum required distance of 0.6 m from any property line.
The whole notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law no. 2217, Article 4-4-2 and 4-4-3 h).
Any person interested in the present request may address the Côte Saint-Luc City Council at the
above-mentioned Regular Meeting.
