PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Assistant City Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on April 7, 2025, at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the Côte Saint-Luc City Council will adjudicate upon the request for minor exemption, said request being more fully described hereunder:
- 5555 Trent, Lot 1 054 011, Zone RM*-11
The request is to allow the existing multifamily dwelling to maintain a minimum of 64 interior parking spaces instead of the minimum required amount of 121 interior parking spaces, and to maintain a minimum of 3 exterior parking spaces for visitors instead of the minimum required amount of 10 exterior parking spaces for visitors, following the addition of 17 new residential units on the ground floor.
The whole notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law no. 2217, article 7-2-5.
Any person interested in the present request may address the Côte Saint-Luc City Council at the
above-mentioned Regular Meeting.
