PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Assistant City Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on September 8, 2025, at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the Côte Saint-Luc City Council will adjudicate upon the request for minor exemption, said request being more fully described hereunder:
- 5748-5750 Parkhaven, Lot 1 053 608, Zone RB-7
The request is:
- To allow the construction of a rear building extension with a minimum rear setback of 3.0 m instead of the minimum required rear setback of 6.42 m and with a maximum land coverage of 43% instead of the maximum permitted land coverage of 40%.
- To allow the driveway to have a maximum total width of 9.5 m instead of the maximum permitted driveway width of 6.4 m.
The whole notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law no. 2217 Annex “B” (zone RB-7), Article 4-4-3, Article 7-2-1 and Article 7-2-3 b).
Any person interested in the present request may address the Côte Saint-Luc City Council at the
above-mentioned Regular Meeting.
