PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Assistant City Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on July 8, 2024, at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the Côte Saint-Luc City Council will adjudicate upon the requests for minor exemptions, said requests being more fully described hereunder:
- 5527 Westbourne, Lot 1 561 765, Zone RU-7
The request is to allow the existing Detached, Single-Family Dwelling, built in 1955 under permit number 1954-00023, to maintain its current Front Setback at a minimum of 4.50m instead of the minimum required Front Setback of 4.57m, and to maintain its current West Lateral Setback at a minimum of 1.90m instead of the minimum required Lateral Setback of 1.98m.
The whole notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law no. 2217 Annex “B” (zone RU-7), Article 4-4-1 and Article 4-4-2.
- 5739 Wildwood, Lot 1 053 707, Zone RU-26
The request is:
- To allow the Detached, Single-Family Dwelling, built in 1965 under permit number 1965 02360, to maintain its current Front Setback at a minimum of 4.0m instead of the minimum required Front Setback of 4.57m, and to maintain its current East Lateral Setback at a minimum of 1.95m instead of the minimum required Lateral Setback of 1.98m;
- To allow the construction of a balcony in the rear yard to be located at a minimum distance of approximately 7 feet from the rear land line instead of the minimum required distance of 10 feet from the rear land line and with a maximum encroachment of approximately 11.6 feet into the minimum rear setback instead of the maximum permitted encroachment of 10 feet into the minimum rear setback.
The whole notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law no. 2217 Annex “B” (zone RU-26), Article 4-2-2 Table 1, Article 4-4-1, Article 4-4-2, and Article 4-4-5 a).
