PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Interim Assistant City Clerk, of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on September 14, 2026, at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the Côte Saint-Luc City Council will adjudicate upon the requests for minor exemption, said requests being more fully described hereunder:
6014 Krieghoff, Lot 1 560 842, Zone RU-52
The request is to allow the construction of a gazebo on a deck with a maximum area of 26 m² (280 ft²) instead of the maximum permitted area of 11.61 m² (125 ft²).
The whole notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law no. 2217 Article 4-4-3 and Article 4-4-5 f).
6838 Kildare, Lot 1 560 564, Zone RU-31
The request is to allow:
- the construction of a rear extension with a minimum rear setback of 7m instead of the minimum required rear setback of 9.9m.
- the construction of a rear balcony with a portion of the space underneath to be enclosed and used as a basement room and to project by a maximum of 2.75m inside the minimum rear yard instead of a maximum of 2.44m and stopping at 0m from the edge of the balcony instead of the minimum required distance of 0.3m.
The whole notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law no. 2217 Annex “B” (zone RU-31), Article 4-3 and Article 4-4-3.
5800 Cavendish, Lot 4 596 048, Zone CC-3
The request is to install a new sign for Consignation+ with a maximum area of 133 sq.ft instead of the maximum permitted area of 20 sq.ft.
The whole notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law no. 2217 Article 9-3-2.
