Zoning amendment for zone HM-6 (6700 The Avenue)

On June 14, 2021, the Côte Saint-Luc City Council adopted draft by-law 2217-HHH-P1 amending zoning By-Law 2217 in order to replace the current table of use and norms for zone HM6 with a new table of uses and norm.


The purpose of the zoning amendment is to allow additional commercial uses to be permitted on the ground floor of the existing building (6700 The Avenue).

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person public consultation sessions are to be replaced by written consultations. Any person submitting a comment or question must provide his or her name and address and a telephone number or email address so that he or she can easily be contacted. The project name or resolution number must also be mentioned.

Consultation period: June 23, 2021 to July 7, 2021 (inclusive)
