Mindfulness and Meditation with Lynn for Teens

Ages 12-18

This program covers focused and insight meditations and basic pranayama to calm the mind, relax the body and condition the nervous system. We will cover techniques from both Hindu and Buddhist traditions. Supplementary materials will be provided in written and audio handouts.
