
Public Consultation: Rezoning for a 12-storey mixed-use project at Westminster/Mackle
This project consists of an amendment to the zoning by-law and master plan to allow for the construction of a 12-storey mixed dwelling in the new zone HM-7.
The proposed building includes commerce on the ground floor, a courtyard, and a building of 4 – 5 storeys facing Mackle Road with two higher portions of 8 – 12 storeys facing Westminster Avenue and the CP rail yard.
