The City of Côte Saint-Luc is a dynamic municipality on the island of Montreal with a population of approximately 33,000. The City prides itself on providing the highest level of services to its residents at a reasonable cost. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent in the Finance Department.
Under the responsibility of the Director of Finance, the incumbent will meet the needs of our customers and provide unparalleled customer service to the public during the opening hours of City Hall.
Examples of completed tasks
- Welcome and guide our customers while answering their questions;
- Ask questions about the state of health of visitors entering the municipal building;
- Maintain an attendance register;
- Perform all other related work.
Qualifications and education
- Hold a high school diploma;
- Have 1 year of work experience to familiarize yourself with the nature of the job;
- Demonstrate professionalism, tact and courtesy;
- Bilingual both verbal and in written (French and English).
Salary and benefits: According to the collective agreement, from $14.84/hour.
- Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm
