The following are not permitted within the pool or pool area:

  1. Smoking, glass containers and alcoholic beverages.
  2. Water wings flotations.
  3. Pushing, shoving and /or rough play.
  4. Diving in the shallow end.
  5. Verbal or Physical aggression of any kind towards fellow patrons or staff.

 

Guidelines & Regulations:

  1. Showers are recommended before entering the pool.
  2. Please walk around the pool and pool area
  3. Children 8 years old and younger must be accompanied by a guardian to enter the facility. A guardian must be at least 15 years old. Guardians are responsible for their children at all times.
  4. Children 8 years old and younger must be within arm’s reach of their guardian at all times.
  5. Children 7 or 8 years old may be exempt from rule #4 if they can pass the swim proficiency test administered by the Cote Saint-Luc pool Supervisor.
  6. Only certified personal flotation devices may be used if approved by the Pool Supervisor.
  7. Water guns, balls or toys are not permitted unless approved by the Cote Saint-Luc pool Supervisor.
  8. Children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers in the pool
  9. Eating is permitted in designated areas.
  10. Chairs and baby strollers must be kept a minimum of 4 feet (1.2meters) from the pool’s edge.
  11. Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied up.
  12. Private swim lessons may only be conducted by personnel approved by the City.
  13. Specialized equipment and training must be approved by the Pool Supervisor.
  14. The City is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  15. Failure to respect the pool rules, the staff and City policies may result in being removed from the Facility. If necessary, may result in being refused re-admission to the Facility.
