Public Notice is hereby given by the Undersigned, Assistant City Clerk, that the City of Côte Saint-Luc signed a Deed of Sale in November 2022 which alienated the following property, for an amount greater than $10,000 without going to auction or public tender, the whole as more amply detailed hereunder:

Date of Council Meeting authorizing the sale: September 12, 2022
Date of Signature of the Deed of Sale: November 23, 2022
The aforementioned alienated property is adjacent to:
