Coming into force of loan by-law 2217-59

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Me Jonathan Shecter, City Clerk, that the Côte Saint-Luc City Council adopted, at its Regular Council Meeting held on May 9, 2022, by-law number 2217-59 entitled:

“By-law to amend the zoning by-law No. 2217 of the City of Côte Saint-Luc in order to replace the current tables of Uses and Norms for Zones CC-3, CD-1, CD-5 and CD-8 with new tables of Uses and Norms”

The object of the by-law is to replace the current table of uses and norms for zones CC-3, CD-1, CD-5, and CD-8 with new tables of uses and norms in order to add institutional use to the said zones. The amendment will allow religious institutions to operate in the commercial centers located within these zones. The concerned zones and the contiguous zones can be summarized as follows:

No valid request to open a Register having been received by interested persons from the concerned zone or the contiguous zones within the legally prescribed delays, said by-law therefore requires no other approval from the Qualified Voters.

By-law 2217-59 will be available for consultation on the City’s website at the following address: www.cotesaintluc.org. This by-law will also be available for consultation at the City Hall, located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, during regular office hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by submitting a request to: [email protected].

This by-law comes into force according to law.
