TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE DRAFT BY-LAW NUMBERED 2474-1 AND ENTITLED:
“By-law 2474-1 amending by-law 2474 entitled: “Master Plan By-law of the City of Côte Saint-Luc” in order to amend the building density in sector 05-07”
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that following the adoption by resolution of the above-mentioned draft by-law at a Regular Council Meeting held on Monday, February 13, 2023, the City of Côte Saint‑Luc will hold a public consultation meeting on March 22, 2023 at 7:00 p.m in the Council Chamber at the City Hall regarding the proposed by-law amendment. Please note that the meeting will be in person and there will be a recording available on the City’s website but no live broadcast.
The object of the by-law is to amend the building density in sector 05-07. The paragraph named Sector 05-07, under article 3.1.2 of By-law 2474 is replaced by the following:
“Sector 05-07:
- Building height of one to twelve stories above ground
- Medium site coverage.”
Any person can consult detailed documentation concerning the draft by-law on the City’s website at the following link: CoteSaintLuc.org/engage and copies of the draft by-law can be provided by sending a request to the following email address: [email protected]. This draft by-law will also be available for consultation at the City Hall, located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, during regular office hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
