PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, City Clerk, that the Real Estate Assessment Roll (“the Roll”) of the City of Côte Saint-Luc for the fiscal years 2023, 2024 and 2025 was deposited in my office by the Assessor of the City of Montreal on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 11:33 am.
Any person may examine the Roll in the offices of the Treasurer at the Côte Saint-Luc City Hall, (5801 Cavendish Boulevard) from Monday to Friday inclusive, during regular business hours being 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to
4:00 pm.
Any person having an interest in contesting the correctness, existence or absence of an entry on the Roll relating to a unit of assessment, may file an application for administrative review in accordance with Division I of Chapter X of the Act respecting municipal taxation (C.Q.L.R. chapter F-2.1).
Any application for review in respect of the Roll must be filed before May 1, 2023, by means of the prescribed form and be accompanied by the sum of money determined by the By-law Concerning Fees adopted by the Council of the Urban Agglomeration of Montreal, failing which the application is deemed not to have been filed. The application for review must succinctly state the grounds invoked and the conclusions sought.
