PUBLIC NOTICE – MINOR EXEMPTION
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Assistant City Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on February 14, 2022, at 8:00 P.M., by way of videoconference, the Côte Saint-Luc City Council will adjudicate upon a request for a minor exemption, said request being more fully described hereunder:
- 5511 Smart, Lot 1 053 195, Zone RU-12
The request is to allow the existing Detached Single-Family Dwelling, built in 1957 under permit number 1957-00423, to maintain its current Front Setback of 4.40m instead of the minimum required Front Setback of 4.57m;
The whole notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law no. 2217 Annex “B” (zone RU-12), and Article 4-4-1.
Any person interested in the present requests may address the Côte Saint-Luc City Council at the above-mentioned Regular Meeting which will be broadcasted by way of a videoconference.
Any interested person can also submit a question or a comment from January 26, 2022 to February 14, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. by completing the online form on the City’s website at the following link: cotesaintluc.org/councilmeetings.
