Zumba with Elena for Teens 

Interval training with Latin rhythms and resistance training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Mindfulness and Meditation with Lynn for Teens

This program covers focused and insight meditations and basic pranayama to calm the mind, relax the body and condition the nervous system. We will cover techniques from both Hindu and Buddhist traditions. Supplementary materials will be provided in written and audio handouts.

Hatha Yoga with Eva for Teens 

Emphasis is on breath awareness, posture, and basic meditation. Bring a cushion (not a pillow) and a yoga mat to this class.
