Free trial fitness programs for teens

We are offering three free trial fitness programs on Zoom for teens aged 12 to 18.


Interval training with Latin rhythms and resistance training to tone and sculpt your body.

Mondays (Nov. 23, 30, Dec. 7, 14) 5 pm to 6 pm


Emphasis is on breath awareness, posture, and basic meditation. Bring a cushion (not a pillow) and a yoga mat.

Tuesdays (Nov. 24, Dec. 1, 8, 15) 5 pm to 6 pm

Mindfulness and meditation

This program covers focused and insight meditations and basic pranayama to calm the mind, relax the body and condition the nervous system.

Tuesdays (Nov. 24, Dec. 1, 8, 15) 7 pm to 8 pm
