The in-person payment of tickets and fines at Côte Saint-Luc City Hall is temporarily suspended until further notice.

Payment of tickets and fines

Tickets and fines issued by the City of Côte Saint-Luc and the City of Montreal can be paid at Côte Saint-Luc City Hall (5801 Cavendish Blvd.), which is open weekdays between 8:30am and 4:30pm.

The types of fines and tickets that Côte Saint-Luc will accept payment for include traffic tickets and parking tickets issued by the Montreal Police Department Montreal as well as arrangements (ententes des percepteurs) issued by employees of the Montreal courts (collectors of fines).

Côte Saint-Luc also accepts payment for all tickets issued by Côte Saint-Luc Public Security, such as those related to parking, nuisance, waste, and so on. It also accepts payment for tickets issued by Côte Saint-Luc urban planning inspectors related to construction or other violations of municipal by-laws.

Accepted methods of payment in person

Visa, MasterCard, debit, cash and cheque.

Pleading not guilty

Read the information on the back of the ticket for information on how to contest a ticket, then mail it to the court using the address listed on the ticket, or contest your ticket online at the City of Montreal website.

Note: Do not bring your completed contestation to the City of Côte Saint-Luc. You must mail it to the address listed on the ticket.
