The City of Côte Saint-Luc expresses its condolences to the family of Montrealer Alexandre Look, who was among 260 people murdered at music festival in Israel on Saturday, while on vacation in Israel.
Alexandre grew up in Côte Saint-Luc and knew many people in our community, including Mayor Brownstein and his family who were long time family friends. In announcing his passing, his father stated: “Like a true warrior, he left as a hero by trying to protect the people who were with him. Alex was a force of nature who possessed a unique charm and a generosity that can’t be matched.” May Alexandre’s family and all the families of the more than 1,000 victims be spared further sorrow.
