The one-time cost of the temporary car shelter (tempo) certificate is $150.
If you have already obtained a tempo permit last year, please reapply for verification purposes. If the owner does not change, there is no need to pay again. If someone buys your home and wishes to obtain a tempo permit, they must apply for a permit and pay $150.
