Processing time
For requests concerning minor work (e.g., pool, shed, residential interior renovations, etc.), please note that a maximum processing time of 30 days may be required.
For major projects, please ensure that all required documents are submitted to us.
We are currently experiencing a high volume of requests, which is increasing our usual processing times. However, please be assured that your request will be handled as soon as possible and that we will contact you once your file has been processed.
To facilitate and expedite the processing of your request, we invite you to provide all the required documentation for all your projects. Your request can only be processed once it is complete, which will help reduce additional delays.
To help reduce these delays, we kindly ask that you avoid making multiple follow-up requests by email or phone.
