Cavendish northbound will be blocked between Côte-Saint-Luc Road and Merton. Northbound vehicles will be detoured to the left southbound lane and the southbound traffic will be redirected into the middle and right lanes.
Local traffic will be permitted, and residents will be able to leave their homes via Côte-Saint-Luc Road. A flagman will be present at Côte-Saint-Luc Road to help guide traffic and pedestrians. The sidewalk on the northbound lane will be blocked to pedestrians and they will have to cross Cavendish to use the other sidewalk at either Merton or Côte Saint-Luc Road.
Duration
October 11 to12. Work will be done outside of rush hour times, that is, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Steel plates will be placed over excavated areas to allow for traffic outside of work hours
Cause
A pipe replacement for a resident at the corner of Merton and Cavendish to connect to the aqueduct near the median on Cavendish Blvd.
