Côte Saint-Luc mourns victims of tragedy at Laval daycare centre

The City of Côte Saint-Luc is heartbroken by the tragedy that took place at a daycare centre in Laval this morning, February 8, 2023. Our thoughts are with all those affected by this devastating event. We will be lowering the flags outside our city hall to half-mast. We stand in solidarity with the community of Laval during this difficult time and offer our sincerest condolences.
