What do you get when you combine an experienced writer/editor with talented graphic designers? The answer is well-written text and colourful layouts for print and digital marketing initiatives ranging from newsletters and brochures to logos, signage and graphics for websites.
After more than three decades in business with the same team, an observer might conclude that Ponctuation Grafix is more like a family than a business. And they would be right: writer Warren Perley and his graphics team of Rodney Hall, Karen Boor, and Nathalie Lagden are passionate about their craft – meaning they enjoy working with clients to come up with the best solutions to fit their marketing needs. The City of Côte Saint-Luc is pleased to recognize them for our March 2023 Spotlight on Local Merchants.
Like a family, Warren and his crew exchange ideas throughout the day, often over refreshments in the bar of their spacious Decarie Square office overlooking their garden and private parking spots on Clanranald Avenue. They are sometimes joined by clients because unlike most businesses nowadays that communicate only by email or text, Warren and his colleagues are always available in person, by phone, as well as by email to help find the best solutions.
“We understand and appreciate the close-knit nature of Côte Saint-Luc City Hall and its representatives who are always available to meet with citizens and merchants such as us to deal with our concerns,” Warren says. “Being established in the community for more than 30 years, we mirror those values of assistance, expertise, and honesty that are such important components in the social fabric of Côte Saint- Luc.”
Every Chanukah, Christmas, Passover, and Easter – as well as for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur – the Ponctuation Grafix team takes the time to lovingly create from scratch original greeting cards imparting warm wishes for health and prosperity to all its current and past clients – as well as for friends and family – because in Warren’s words, “most of our business connections over the years have also become our friends.”
