Nature of work
As part of its underground structure rehabilitation program, Hydro-Québec must carry out civil engineering work to rebuild an underground chamber.

- Intersection of Holland Road and Redwood Avenue
Impacts
- Closure of the intersection of Redwood Avenue and Holland Road
- Loss of parking spaces in the area
- Noise from machinery during certain manoeuvres
Mitigation measures
- Implementation of a detour and appropriate signage
- Maintain access to residences at all times
- Use of flagpersons (as needed) to facilitate traffic flow around the worksite
- Securing the worksite for the safety of the public and workers
Please note that no interruption of electricity service is anticipated as a result of this work.
Construction schedule
- From March 18 to May 24, 2024
- Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
