Halloween: Trick-or-treating in Côte Saint-Luc

Many municipalities around the Montreal area have recommended that children postpone trick-or-treating until Friday evening because of the expected heavy rain and wind on Thursday. However, heavier wind is expected on Friday so it is not obvious which day will be better for this activity. Côte Saint-Luc is, therefore, recommending that parents make the decision for themselves. Côte Saint-Luc Public Security will be patrolling on both evenings, as usual. As always, we ask motorists to drive slowly and safely when people are walking on or near the street—and in particular when children are present.
