The City of Montreal is doing work on its water mains in NDG this week. Montreal inadvertently reduced water pressure in Côte Saint-Luc on Tuesday, as it prepared for the start of work on Wednesday. This was not supposed to happen and we have expressed to the City of Montreal our feelings about this. When our team became aware of the problem on Tuesday, we took action to fix it.
At this hour, Wednesday at 2:30pm, Montreal is doing the work, as planned. The water pressure across Côte Saint-Luc appears to be normal. We previously said water pressure would be reduced on Wednesday. However, it appears that the adjustments our water team made to compensate has avoided that problem.
