Coming into force of Zoning By-law 2217-62

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Assistant City Clerk, that the Côte Saint-Luc City Council adopted, at its Regular Council Meeting held on December 11, 2023, by-law number 2217-62 entitled:

“By-Law to amend the Zoning By-Law no. 2217 of the City of Côte Saint-Luc in order to adjust norms pertaining to exterior siding materials, mechanical equipment, landscaping, ground cover, and other provisions.”

The object of the by-law is to amend the Zoning By-Law no. 2217 of the City of Côte Saint-Luc in order to adjust norms pertaining to exterior siding materials, mechanical equipment, landscaping, ground cover, and other provisions.

No valid request to open a Register having been received by interested persons from the concerned zone or a contiguous zone within the legally prescribed delays, said by-law therefore requires no other approval from the qualified voters.

On February 5, 2024, the City of Montreal issued a certificate of compliance for by-law no. 2217-62 in accordance with the provisions of sections 137.3 and 264.0.3 of the Land Use Planning and Development Act.

By-law 2217-62 will be available for consultation on the City’s website at the following address: www.cotesaintluc.org/engage. This by-law will also be available for consultation at the City Hall, located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, during regular office hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by submitting a request to: [email protected]

Said by-law comes into force according to law.
