PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, City Clerk, to the residents of the City of Côte Saint-Luc and to whom it may concern:
THAT as required by the provisions of the By-Law to govern the Demolition of immovables, the Demolition Committee of the City of Côte Saint-Luc (Council) has received a request for a Certificate of Authorization for Demolition for the property located at 8037 Kildare, lot number 1 052 571. The requested demolition of the existing one-storey, detached, single-family dwelling is in order to allow the construction of a new two-storey, detached single-family dwelling.
THAT a meeting will be held to consider the request for a Certificate of Authorization for Demolition in view of rendering a decision.
THAT every person wishing to oppose the granting of a Certificate of Authorization for said demolition must, within ten (10) days of publication of this Public Notice, make his objections known and justify them, IN WRITING, to the Undersigned, City Clerk, by email at [email protected] or by mail at the following address:

THAT any interested person may be heard by the Demolition Committee (Council) at its meeting to be held on October 13, 2022 at 7:50 p.m.
