PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Assistant City Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on June 12, 2023, at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the Côte Saint-Luc City Council will adjudicate upon request for minor exemption, said request being more fully described hereunder:
- 6150 Bernard-Mergler, Lot 2 086 900, Zone RU-55
The request is to allow the existing Detached, Single-Family Dwelling to maintain its current Rear Setback at a minimum of 4.36m instead of the minimum required Rear Setback of 9.14m.
The whole notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law no. 2217 Annex “B” (zone RU-55) and Article 4-4-3.
Any person interested in the present request may address the Côte Saint-Luc City Council at the above-mentioned Regular Meeting.
